2026 Miami Stadium International Soccer Tournament Support Staff (Part-time)

Summary:
The Miami Stadium is excited to present the opportunity to support seven international soccer matches as we host countries from across the world in South Florida. The Miami Stadium is looking for candidates that can support Ticket Operations, Hospitality, Entry Gates, and Ushers. Support staff will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the entry process and guest experience through providing exceptional customer service and problem solving. Miami will host four group stage matches, one round of 32 match, the quarter final, and the bronze final.
 
Location: On-site at Miami Stadium, Miami Gardens, FL
Compensation: Part-time, hourly position at $15/hour.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide a world-class experience through a promise to Care, Know, and Connect.
  • Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting guests with various inquiries and troubleshooting problems while providing a fun, friendly, guest service-oriented attitude and professional appearance at all points of contact.
  • Assist guests with locating seats and escorting guests to their seat, if necessary, in a professional manner.
  • Assisting with access control, ensuring all guests are in their proper locations when seated.
  • Assume ownership in resolving guest challenges around the stadium (e.g. cursing, fighting, prohibited items, and duplicate ticket issues).
  • Perform work in SecuTix to provide the necessary assistance to the ticket sales and service team as needed
  • Operate devices for ticket scanning and incident management reporting
  • Maintain a working knowledge of stadium operations and ticket office policies and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work all seven Miami Stadium soccer matches from June 15, 2026 – July 18, 2026. This will include weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer service experience (entry level or supervisory) preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
  • Must have a positive attitude and ability to deliver world-class service with a smile and outstanding communication skills.
  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing and difficult situations.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish beneficial.
