We are seeking an Administrative Associate to join our team remotely, in-office, or hybrid!

An Administrative Associate is responsible to Partners, Directors, and Lead Admin. An Administrative Associate is charged with providing clerical support by using administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring and completing various administrative projects.

What your day looks like:

  • Draft, format, and check financial reports and presentations for grammatical accuracy: spelling, punctuation, and clarity using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Provides administrative support to staff.
  • Proofread financial reports and other deliverables for accuracy and formatting, ensuring finished product is error free, as needed.
  • Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence as requested by management.
  • Proactively establishes and maintains highly organized electronic filing system.
  • Receives and sends correspondence by mail, e-mail, client portals and secure file exchange portals.
  • Assists with other tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Interacts with clients in person and via phone, on a limited, as-needed basis.
  • Works sufficient hours in order to complete work assigned.

What you need for this role:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional service firm.
  • Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Microsoft Word formatting, styles, and templates.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Displays superior verbal and written communication skills, including advanced knowledge of current grammar and punctuation standards.
  • Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or in coordination with other administrative or management professionals as part of an administrative team that spans multiple offices.
  • Ability to effectively utilize multi-line telephone system.
  • Though largely a sedentary role, requires the ability to bend, lift, or stand as necessary.
