Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients or company accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and receipts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing audit documents and liaise with auditors during the audit process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

Experience:
