Position Summary

As a Car Wash Associate, you’ll be responsible for preparing, guiding, and loading vehicles into the tunnel, as well as ensuring that the location is equipped with clean towels and that all equipment is functioning properly while providing excellent customer experience. This role requires a keen ability to anticipate customer needs, build lasting relationships, and maintain a strong focus on safety. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, multitasking and adapting to change.

P.S.– You will need to like working outdoors, as this role involves spending the majority of the time outside.

Essential Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities

(These responsibilities must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation)

  • Service vehicles with bug spray, all the while guiding them into the wash tunnel
  • Completing tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by leadership
  • Assist customers with any request to enhance their experience
  • Exceed customer expectations by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme care

Pay Transparency

Base Pay: $15.75–$16.25/hour (Weekly Pay)
