Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives in the dynamic Narok region. As COO, you will be instrumental in overseeing all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability across our branch network and digital channels within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Equity Bank's overall business objectives and regional targets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of branches and operational units within Narok, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and superior service delivery.
  • Optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics to achieve financial targets and strategic goals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
