A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY

Immerse yourself in a role where your commitment to customer service is paramount. We are looking for someone who can work varying shifts. Your schedule can span the following days and times, with some variances based on business needs:

  • Monday through Saturday, 7:30-12:30 AM or 2:30-6:30 PM

Plan on working five 4-hour shifts or a similar schedule, and it is unlikely you will be required to work all 6 days each week.

Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass client interactions via phone, in-person, and electronic channels, precise data entry with quality control, and proactive client account maintenance. Envision a workday where your professional demeanor and attention to detail contribute to seamless scheduling and unparalleled service delivery.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of front-office customer service experience
  • 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and spend most of your shift seated
