Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas.


We are seeking a full-time Administrative Support staff member to support our Wichita, Kansas (Park City, KS) clinic location. This position will focus on completing essential administrative and operational tasks that help keep the clinic running efficiently and smoothly. The individual in this role will assist with daily organization, communication, scheduling, clinic upkeep, and staff support while helping maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and team members.


JOB DUTIES:

Administrative responsibilities include:

  • Assist with scheduling appointments
  • Cleaning
  • Organizing
  • Ordering supplies
  • Assisting with opening or closing the clinic
  • Navigating various emails to answer questions
  • Attending outreach events
  • Onboarding new staff and tracking training for staff
  • Communicating with staff about completing tasks
  • Assisting the clinic director in scheduling meetings
  • Assist with outreach events at universities and other outreach opportunities.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school degree
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new software programs
  • Professionalism, organizational skills, honesty, ambition, personable and detail-oriented


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in business, early childhood, education, behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
  • Proficiency with the Google platform
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as evidenced in work history.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills as evidenced in work history.


Compensation Range:
$15-18/hr
