Compliance Officer – Medical Recruitment (UAE) Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-time Company: First Medical About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Compliance Officer to support our growing medical recruitment business. This role is central to ensuring that all doctors placed with our hospital partners are fully compliant, credentialed, and licensed in line with UAE regulatory requirements. You will manage end-to-end compliance processes, work closely with candidates and hospitals, and play a critical role in maintaining the high standards expected in healthcare recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end credentialing and compliance for doctors placed into hospitals and clinics - Handle primary source verification (PSV), document checks, and compliance audits - Coordinate UAE medical licensing applications (DHA / DOH / MOH), including submissions, follow-arenaflex, and renewals - Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records across CRM systems - Liaise with doctors, hospitals, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding - Track expiry dates for licenses, visas, insurance, and mandatory documentation - Support general administrative and operational tasks related to placements and onboarding - Ensure all processes align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client standards Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in a compliance, credentialing, or administration role (medical recruitment or healthcare preferred) - Strong understanding of compliance workflows and attention to detail - Experience working with CRM databases such as JobAdder, Bullhorn, LinkedIn, or similar ATS/CRM systems - Excellent spoken and written English (professional-level communication is essential) - Highly organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously - Confident dealing with confidential information and sensitive documentation - Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Desirable (Not Essential): - Previous experience in medical recruitment or healthcare compliance - Familiarity with UAE medical licensing processes - Experience supporting international candidates Why Join Us? - Join a growing medical recruitment business with strong hospital partnerships - Play a key role in building robust, scalable compliance processes - Work closely with senior leadership and clinical stakeholders - Competitive salary package and long-term growth opportunities Apply tot his job
