Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and project schedule requirements. 2. Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with project plans and specifications. 3. Monitor daily progress and provide leadership to the construction team, resolving issues and ensuring the project stays on track. 4. Proactively identify potential challenges and delays, developing solutions and contingency plans to mitigate risks. 5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to quality standards and safety protocols. 6. Maintain a safe work environment, enforcing safety rules and regulations, and conducting safety meetings. 7. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and objectives. 8.
