Job Title: Corporate Finance Specialist (FP&A / Strategic Finance) Location: Remote Overview A well-known company at the intersection of digital assets and operating businesses is seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist to join its Finance team. This role sits within FP&A and plays a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive decision support across both the operating business and a Bitcoin treasury strategy. The FP&A team partners closely with executive leadership and is central to how the company plans, allocates capital, communicates with the market, and evaluates performance. Key Responsibilities Planning, Forecasting & Guidance • Own the annual operating plan, long-range plan, and rolling forecasts • Build and maintain financial models supporting internal targets, public guidance, and scenario analysis • Partner with Finance leadership to drive forecast accuracy, earnings cadence, and guidance discipline • Ensure alignment between internal plans, external disclosures, and underlying business economics Public Company & Capital Markets Support • Support quarterly earnings preparation, including variance analysis and forward-looking outlooks • Partner cross-functionally with Investor Relations, Accounting, and Legal to ensure consistency across forecasts and disclosures • Analyze how operating performance, Bitcoin treasury dynamics, and capital structure impact reported financial results • Develop sensitivity analyses around Bitcoin price movements, capital deployment, growth initiatives, and margin performance Executive Decision Support • Act as a strategic Finance partner to the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team • Evaluate tradeoffs across growth, profitability, investment timing, and balance sheet usage • Pressure-test assumptions behind new initiatives, product investments, and treasury-related decisions • Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support high-impact decisions Performance Management & Insights • Define and own the KPI framework used by executive leadership and the Board • Translate financial results into actionable insights tied to underlying business drivers • Identify early indicators of risk and opportunity • Reinforce accountability through ownership of financial outcomes Profile & Qualifications • Approximately 7–12 years of experience in Investment Banking, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related roles • Experience operating within a public company environment • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills • Strong command of income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and capital structure analysis • Comfort working at the intersection of operating performance and Bitcoin treasury strategy Why This Role • High visibility and direct exposure to executive leadership • Meaningful impact on public company strategy, capital allocation, and market guidance • Opportunity to work on complex financial questions at the intersection of traditional operations and digital assets Apply tot his job
