Job Description: We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica or New York. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm. Candidates must be an active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive. We require that the candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
