Role: Customer Service Representative

Locations:

1. Jalan Timur, Petaling Jaya

2. Jalan Anson, Georgetown, Penang

Working Hours:

* Mon - Fri: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

* Sat, Sun, and Public Holidays: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1. Shifts (Weekdays):

3. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

4. 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

5. 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Start Dates:

* Penang Branch: 30th March 2025

What You Get:

  • Salary: RM 2,200 - RM 2,400 + RM 200 (RNR)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll be the go-to person for all things:

1. Customer Inquiries: Answer all kinds of questions about tariffs, usage, accounts, and more. Basically, you’re their problem-solver!

2. Account Management: Help with reconnection requests and self-metering, keeping everything running smoothly.

3. Customer Complaints: Tackle billing and metering issues and turn them into opportunities to improve the service.

4. Payments: Assist with reposting and manual payment postings, making sure everything’s on point.

5. Advisory Services: Share expert advice on energy efficiency and renewable options.

6. Other Services: Set up auto-debits and help customers with bill forecasting.

7. Enquiry & Complaint Monitoring: Keep track of customer inquiries and complaints and make sure they’re resolved quickly.

8. Disconnections & Reconnection Management: Manage disconnections and reconnections like a pro.

9. Smart Meter Installations: Help coordinate and reschedule smart meter installations across the country.

10. Crisis Management: Provide top-tier service even when things get crazy, making sure service-level agreements are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM2,600.00 per month
