Customer Service Representative Tasks & Duties

  • Receive and answer client inquiries and resolve potential issues in a prompt and satisfactory manner. This will include research and ability to use available resources.

  • Ensure that clients POs are entered into our system in a timely manner, and that all needed materials for the clients project are ordered

  • Confirm POs with clients and give them estimated due dates.

  • Communicate with other internal departments (Mixing, Encapsulation, Packaging, and Shipping) to ensure that client’s due dates are met.

  • Notify clients of any foreseeable delays.

  • Assess customers’ needs and provide the correct solution

  • Receive and answer client inquiries and resolve potential issues in a prompt and satisfactory manner. This will include research and ability to use available resources.

  • Meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas

  • Handle customer complaints in accordance with company policies.

  • Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changes

  • Address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers

Customer Service Representative Shift Info

  • Day Shift, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

  • Monday - Friday

Customer Service Representative Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

  • Customer Service Representative experience preferred

  • GED / High School Diploma

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems

  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts

  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously

  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US.
