About the role As a Data Operations Manager, you'll lead projects to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty for US-based clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll understand customer challenges and goals, ensuring they quickly realize value from our products and services. Additionally, you'll oversee daily data operations, manage data systems, ensure data quality, and implement governance standards. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct extensive market research on companies across North America and Europe. Analyze their digital activity and identify their needs. Generate effective business strategies based on research findings to drive business growth and customer engagement. • Advanced Analytics and Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools and integrated systems to extract valuable insights from data. Leverage these insights to inform decision-making, optimize business strategies, and enhance operational efficiency. • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute outbound campaigns to engage potential clients. Implement account-based marketing strategies to arenaflex specific high-value accounts. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results. Required Qualifications: • Bilingual English proficiency. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 1+ years of proven experience in data management, data operations, or a related role. • 1+ years of proven experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) marketing and sales strategies. Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) to arenaflex high-value accounts effectively • Proficiency in prospecting tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Zoominfo) and data visualization tools (e.g., Clay, arenaflex Sheets). Desirable Qualifications (Nice to Have): • Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales processes. • Experience in developing and executing lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients. • Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms like Outreach.io. • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
