In the role of Digital Operations Process Analyst, you would work as part of a multidisciplinary project team to plan, design, develop, and implement comprehensive business solutions in response to business needs. This role focuses on managing resource allocations that impact department budgets, assist in the Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management administration, and overseeing software license compliance with financial impact.
