Role Summary

The Director of Hybrid Partnerships owns the overall business performance, partner success, and commercial growth of the hybrid retail channel. This role serves as the primary business owner across multi-brand hybrid partners, driving revenue, productivity, and expansion while partnering closely with Hybrid Planning and Allocation as well as Multi-Brand Excellence to ensure inventory strategies support commercial objectives.

This leader is accountable for channel performance and partner success, while the Hybrid Planning Director and Allocator support execution of inventory and planning strategies. The Director of Hybrid Partnerships will also partner directly with the Multi-Brand Excellence Director who manages the field support team.

This is a commercial leadership role with full ownership of hybrid channel performance.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Own revenue performance and productivity across all hybrid partners and door
  • Drive achievement of sales targets, productivity metrics, and growth objectives
  • Monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities across partners and locations
  • Lead action plans to improve underperforming doors and maximize high-performing locations
  • Serve as primary commercial lead for hybrid partners and maintain senior-level partner relationships
  • Lead regular business reviews focused on performance, growth, and operational improvement
  • Drive expansion strategy across existing and new hybrid partners
  • Support launch and ramp strategy for new hybrid locations
  • Provide commercial direction and priorities to Hybrid Planning Director and Allocator
  • Ensure inventory strategies support commercial goals and productivity
  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, Retail, Operations, and Logistics
  • Drive operational excellence and scalable hybrid operating processes
Organizational Structure
  • Reports to: SVP, Multi-Brand Retail
  • Key partners: Director, Hybrid Planning; Hybrid Allocator; Director of Multi-Brand Excellence
  • Acts as commercial owner of hybrid channel performance
  • Planning and allocation support execution of strategy
