Join our dynamic team as a Dispatcher - Billing, where you'll play a vital role in coordinating transportation and logistics operations to ensure seamless service delivery. You'll be the central hub for dispatching shipments, managing data entry, and maintaining efficient communication across multiple systems, all while supporting our commitment to excellence in supply chain and logistics management.

<Duties>

  • Coordinate and schedule lubricant shipments using transportation management systems such as Visual Supplier to ensure timely delivery.
  • Utilize GPS technologies to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve overall transportation planning efficiency.
  • Manage billing processes by verifying shipment details, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate data entry into Visual Supplier and other relevant systems.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and clients via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Monitor fleet management activities, including shipping & receiving operations, freight dispatching, and coordination to streamline supply chain workflows.
  • Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and enhanced service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, shipment statuses, and billing transactions to support audit readiness and reporting requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
