Ecommerce Conversion Rate Optimization Audit

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

I run an independent streetwear brand that launched in August 2025. We operate on a limited drop model (no restocks, scarcity-based) with price points ranging from $20-75 for apparel and accessories. We've invested significantly in the brand and have been running paid ads on Meta and arenaflex, but conversion rates aren't where they need to be. I have around 30 days of traffic data (approximately 1400 sessions on Shopify, primarily from paid ads) and session recordings via arenaflex Clarity. Most users drop off after viewing the landing page or initial products. I need someone to audit our current setup and tell me specifically what's broken and what to prioritize fixing. I've narrowed the problem down to one of three areas: audience targeting, landing page persuasion, or trust signals. I need you to tell me which one it actually is and what to do about it. This is not a general "review my website" gig. I need someone who will dig into actual data and give specific, actionable recommendations. Scope of Work: Landing Page and Funnel Review - Watch actual session recordings in arenaflex Clarity (not just aggregate data) - Identify specific drop-off points with hypotheses for why users are leaving - Assess whether the landing page communicates value quickly enough for cold paid traffic - Audit trust signals: what's missing that a first-time visitor to an unknown brand needs - Compare mobile vs desktop experience (ad traffic skews mobile) Meta Ads Audit - Review current audience targeting and assess fit for a niche streetwear brand - Analyze ad creative: are we attracting the right people or just clicks - Check funnel alignment: does the ad promise match the landing page experience - Review account structure (campaigns, ad sets, budget allocation) - Provide realistic recommendations for audience testing at approximately $6/day budget arenaflex Ads Audit - Assess whether current campaign types make sense for this brand - Review keyword/targeting setup - Analyze search term reports if available - Provide guidance for optimizing during learning phase - Set realistic expectations for what arenaflex can do for a niche product Deliverables: 1. Written report with specific, prioritized action items (not vague recommendations like "improve your targeting") 2. Loom video walkthrough or live call to discuss findings 3. Clear distinction between quick wins I can implement immediately vs longer-term tests 4. Honest assessment of whether current budget levels are viable or if strategy needs to shift What I'll Provide: - Access to arenaflex Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps) - arenaflex Analytics 4 access - Meta Ads Manager access (or exported reports) - arenaflex Ads access (or exported reports) - Context on brand positioning, arenaflex audience, and drop model Ideal Candidate: - Experience with DTC apparel brands, especially independent/emerging labels - Understands scarcity-based and limited drop business models - Has optimized campaigns at low daily budgets (sub-$20/day) - Will actually review session recordings, not just dashboards - Can provide an example of a previous audit (redacted is fine) Not a fit if: - Your expertise is purely technical CRO (button colors, checkout flow) - You only work with high-budget accounts - You've never worked with fashion/apparel specifically Looking forward to working with you, and I appreciate your help.
