You will develop, implement and maintain comprehensive EHS programs while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and functional managers. Working collaboratively across departments, you will contribute to our commitment to safety through proactive risk management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b><span><span>Qualification:</span></span></b></p><p><span><span><b> • </b>Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Engineering)</span></span></p><p><b><span><span>• Registered Workplace, Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)</span></span></b></p><p><span><span>• Preferably Certified as Fire Safety Manager</span></span></p><p><span><span>• Certified Biosafety Lab/Biosafety Coordinator is an advantage</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b><span>Experience:</span></b><br /><span>• preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, Life Science or laboratory environments </span></span></p><p><span><span>• Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations, standards, E&HS management systems and<b> </b>best practices relevant to OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001/45001 and MOM Workplace Safety & Health</span><br /><span>• Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing corrective actions</span><br /><span>• Experience developing and delivering EHS training programs</span><br /><span>• Knowledge in industrial hygiene monitoring, hazardous materials management, and emergency response</span><br /><span>• Ability to analyze EHS data and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities</span><br /><span>• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to work independently with all levels of the organization and handle multiple priorities</span></span></p><p><span><span>• Must be able to conduct facility inspections and respond to emergencies, including some physical activity</span><br /><span>• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities</span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
