In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the charge in building relationships with large, complex enterprises and guiding them through the transformative power of Crescendo’s AI solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and has a proven track record of driving new business and delivering strategic solutions to top-tier clients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a consultative approach, deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, and an aptitude for building long-term, trusted relationships with C-level executives. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, product experts, and Customer Success managers to ensure we deliver solutions that truly make an impact. What You’ll Do: • Drive Sales Excellence: Develop and execute strategic plans to uncover new opportunities and build relationships across multiple departments, including CX, IT, and executive leadership. • Solution Selling: Position Crescendo’s Augmented AI solutions as the key to solving enterprise customer experience challenges. Tailor presentations, demos, and proposals to meet the unique needs of each client and clearly articulate the ROI of our solutions. • Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry trends and best practices in customer experience, AI, and automation. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations, ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions post-sale. • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned region, expanding Crescendo’s footprint within key accounts and verticals. Help us grow our presence in the most dynamic and high-potential markets. • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction. Track progress and ensure timely reporting to leadership on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status. • Thought Leadership: Represent Crescendo at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. Become a thought leader in the AI and customer experience space by sharing insights, case studies, and success stories with clients and prospects. What We Expect From You: • Proven Success: 3+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, specifically in CX, AI, or similar technology solutions. You should have a strong history of closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals and managing relationships with large, global enterprises. • Consultative Approach: A deep understanding of consultative selling and the ability to engage C-level decision-makers in strategic discussions around AI and customer experience. • Self-Starter: Ability to take ownership and lead initiatives independently while working effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You know how to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process and proven ability to manage a complex sales pipeline. • Problem Solver: Ability to think critically and creatively to design solutions that align with the unique needs of each client, while delivering tangible value. • Adaptability: Comfort in navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
