Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This is a fully remote position, offering unparalleled flexibility. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain complex calendars for executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate and manage logistics for virtual meetings and events, including platform setup and participant invitations. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screening calls and emails, and redirecting inquiries as appropriate. Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations. Manage expense reports and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions to support executive efficiency. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external parties. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
