The Role

As an Executive Partner (XP), you'll go beyond traditional executive assistance to become a strategic collaborator for founders, investors, creators, and senior leaders.

You'll manage priorities, drive initiatives forward, and help your members operate at their highest level—no two days are the same.

What You'll Do
Optimize your member's time, priorities, and workflows
Manage high-stakes scheduling, communication, and logistics
Support research, strategy, and executive-level projects
Create polished, executive-ready presentations and content
Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and extended teams

The Athena Hub Model
This role requires living within 80km of the Nairobi Hub for:2 weeks of intensive onsite onboarding
Ongoing monthly Hub sessions and development
A strong, in-person community and rapid onsite responsiveness
