Figma Specialists: Add screens to Figma with documentation, Metadata input, Squarespace update

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

I’m looking for a skilled Figma expert (UI/UX designer with strong mobile app experience) to help organize and document my existing mobile app for future development and App Store/Google Play release.

Project Scope:

• Review my current app and recreate all screens cleanly in a new, well-organized Figma file. Use proper layers, auto-layout, components/variants where it makes sense for easy future edits. (App has approximately 12 screens; React Native used for both iOS and Android)

• Document your process. Record a clear, step-by-step screen-recording video when applicable, best practices you applied, and tips for me to maintain/update it myself.

• Provide practical advice on design best practices for future/new pages (e.g., alignment with Apple Human Interface Guidelines / Material Design, accessibility, consistency, user flow improvements).

• Design and advise on App Store metadata assets: Create 3-5 polished screenshot mockups (with device frames and captions), app icon variation concepts if needed, suggestions for subtitle, promotional text, keywords, and overall optimization tips to improve conversion.

• Update current Squarespace website using provided ReactJS code. Show how to change text box text.

Deliverables:

• Fully organized Figma file (shared with edit access).

• Documentation with Video/screenshot tutorial

• Short doc summarizing design advice, App Store recommendations, and website points.

• 1-2 rounds of revisions based on my feedback.

Timeline: Looking to complete in 1-2 weeks (prefer quick turnaround to be ready for release).

Budget: Fixed-price $1,000

Required Skills/Experience:

• Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, responsive/mobile design).

• Proven experience with mobile app UI recreation/documentation.

• Familiarity with App Store screenshot/icon best practices and ASO basics (bonus if you’ve helped launch apps).

• Good communication in English; ability to explain processes clearly in video.

• Portfolio showing similar work (mobile Figma files, App Store assets, tutorials if possible).

To Apply, Please Include:

• Link to 2-3 relevant portfolio examples (Figma mobile projects preferred).

• Your estimated timeline and fixed-price bid for this scope.

• A brief note on why you’re a great fit (e.g., experience with App Store/Google Play prep or teaching via video).

• Any questions about the app/scope.

Excited to collaborate with someone reliable and detail-oriented, let’s get my app’s design foundation solid!

Thanks,

Jeremy
