We need a New York licensed attorney to file a lawsuit against PNC Bank and negotiate a settlement.

Attached here is a draft complaint we have created to be filed against PNC Bank in New York.

To summarize the case:

PNC Bank froze our business bank account and has not released the funds. Approximately $17,000 remains frozen in the account. Despite our efforts to resolve the matter directly, the funds have not been returned.

We intend to file suit with the expectation that once the lawsuit is filed, PNC will move quickly to negotiate and offer a settlement.

Scope of Work

Milestone 1:

Review and adjust the attached draft complaint as necessary.

File suit against PNC Bank in New York.

Communicate with PNC’s legal department to negotiate a settlement.

We are seeking a flat fee for this phase (filing + settlement negotiation).

Based on our research and the opinion of another attorney who has sued PNC in similar matters, we expect that filing the suit may prompt a fast settlement discussion.

Milestone 2:

If settlement is not reached quickly, proceed with litigation through completion.

We would like a second pre-negotiated flat fee for taking the lawsuit through to final resolution if necessary.

Important

The draft complaint is attached. It may require adjustments before filing, but we believe it is close to ready.

Please provide:
