To provide customers with elevated customer experience through sharing the latest fashion trends and tips, sharing product knowledge, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a good customer relationship.


Responsibilities:

  • Be a Calvin Klein/Tommy Hilfiger ambassador at all times

  • Provide and maintain excellent, professional, and personalized service to customers

  • Demonstrate expertise in all products and in-store promotions/activities

  • Understand and adhere to the Visual Merchandising standards

  • Drive and achieve monthly team sales target

  • Recognize sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to upsell/cross-sell at the point of service

  • Perform inventory replenishment as and when needed

  • Adhere to company’s SOP at all times

  • Any other duties assigned by superior

ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, any field.

  • Great passion for the retail fashion industry and sales aggressive

  • A good team player, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to perform retail operational hours which includes weekends and public holidays

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred
