Global Markets Manager (HCOM APAC)

We’re hiring a Global Markets Manager to lead consumer marketing for Japan, Australia, and Singapore, three vibrant and diverse markets that represent huge opportunity for the brand. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives, driving conversion, and maximizing return on investment under the global Hotels.com strategy - delivery excellence and market coordination.

It’s a high-visibility role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, matrixed environments.

In this role, you will:

  • Own Hotels.com B2C planning and execution across Japan, Australia & Singapore.

  • Localize global campaigns and coordinate market launches.

  • Use performance data to optimize spend, messaging, and conversion.

  • Partner with CRM, PR, and analytics to tell the brand story across channels.

  • Manage budgets and report performance to APAC leadership.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 5+ years’ experience in marketing, travel, or e-commerce.

  • Track record of executing multi-market digital campaigns.

  • Analytical and commercially minded - comfortable using data to guide decisions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English required; Japanese or Chinese languages a plus.
