URGENT HIRING – GLOBAL VISA / INTERNATIONAL TOURIST VISA CONSULTANT

We are looking for a results-driven Global Visa Sales Consultant to handle online and phone-based visa inquiries and convert leads into successful visa applications. The role focuses on promoting global visa services, advising clients on suitable options, and achieving sales targets through professional consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries related to global visa services
  • Promote and sell visa services for multiple countries (tourist, business, visit visas, etc.)
  • Assess client profiles and recommend appropriate visa solutions
  • Clearly explain visa requirements, documentation, processing time, and fees
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Coordinate with documentation and operations teams for smooth processing
  • Follow up with clients regarding application status and updates
  • Maintain accurate client records, lead tracking, and sales reports
  • Excellent sales and customer communication skills
  • Strong documentation and follow-up skills
  • Marketing and lead generation experience preferred
  • Familiarity with visa application requirements and supporting documents

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
  • Fluent English & Arabic communication – written and spoken – is most important
  • Strong knowledge of visa rules, documents, and requirements for each country (Schengen, USA, Europe,Canada and others)
  • Up-to-date with all documentation changes and regulations
  • Experience in scheduling appointments/slot bookings, creating itineraries, writing cover letters, and compiling necessary documents for visa processes

Salary

Aed 3500 to 4500 plus Commission
