About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic
Google Ads Specialist
at either the
Senior or Manager level
. This role is dedicated to driving ROI for clients through expert management of the Google ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex campaigns, ensuring that performance targets are met while maintaining excellence in client communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor daily spends and adjust bids to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights through regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative and
    P.R.
    teams to ensure ad copy and landing pages are aligned with brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates within the Google Ads platform to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Must be a Mandarin speaker to manage specific market portfolios and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Agency Experience: Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of direct experience working within a Digital Marketing Agency setting.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven track record of managing Google Ads accounts with a focus on performance and conversion.
  • Professional Background: Candidates from a purely consultancy/support background (e.g., TDCX) will only be considered if they also possess significant agency-side execution experience.
  • Experience Levels- Senior Specialist: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience - Manager Level: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and data interpretation.
