Title: Growth Marketing Analyst | Energy Location: Charlotte United States Job Description: This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. We're hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst to help grow our deregulated energy marketplace within our Home vertical by executing end-to-end campaigns and optimizing the landing page experience. You'll operate across the full top-of-funnel journey-from planning and launching paid media campaigns to optimizing on landing page experiences and user flows-bringing a rigorous analytical mindset, strong ownership, and a bias for action. What You'll Do Own end-to-end campaigns: Plan, build, launch, and scale performance marketing initiatives (SEM preferred; Paid Social/Programmatic a plus) with clear goals for volume, efficiency, and incrementality. Optimize landing pages & journeys: Partner with Product, CX, Design, and Engineering to improve page speed, layout, messaging, and forms; design and run A/B and multivariate tests to lift conversion rate and LTV. Instrument, track, and QA data: Ensure accurate tagging and event tracking; collaborate with Analytics/Engineering to troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain reliable reporting across the funnel. Analyze and act fast: Mine large datasets to identify trends, diagnose performance swings, and prioritize high-leverage opportunities; turn insights into clear recommendations and rapid tests. Apply modern analytics tools: Use SQL (and, where useful, Python and LLMs) to dive deeper into performance, experiment design, and attribution; leverage tools like Hightouch to activate audiences. Model impact & measure incrementality: Evaluate channel and landing page changes using sound testing principles and attribution approaches; communicate trade-offs and expected ROI. Collaborate across teams & partners: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners to unlock new growth levers, accelerate execution, and share results. Build visibility: Create dashboards and concise readouts that align stakeholders on results, insights, and next steps. What We're Looking For 1-2 years in marketing and/or data/business analytics with hands-on ownership of performance analyses or experiments. Strong SQL skills and comfort working across large, messy datasets; ability to stitch together tables and answer novel questions. Experimentation mindset: Familiarity with statistical modeling, test design, confidence intervals, and practical attribution concepts. Channel experience: Exposure to at least one performance channel (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic); SEM background preferred but not required. Landing page chops: Experience partnering with UX/Design/Engineering to improve conversion (copy testing, layout, form UX, page speed, trust signals). Tooling: Comfort with GA4 (or similar), Looker/Tableau/Advanced Excel; nice-to-have: Python or R, Hightouch, BigQuery/DataGrip, and using LLMs to accelerate analysis and ops. Owner mentality: Proactive, scrappy, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. Collaboration & leadership: Ability to influence peers and partners; experience mentoring or guiding junior teammates is a plus. Compensation: This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus arenaflex bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
