Summary of the Role The Marketing Coordinator is a mission-critical execution partner supporting the full Growth Marketing engine across operations, events, ABM, and digital. Reporting to our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, this role orchestrates day-to-day marketing workflow, ensures flawless campaign development and reporting, and drives operational excellence across systems and processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-obsessed, technically savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Campaign & Digital Operations • Assist with all marketing activities across the NORAM funnel, supporting channel owners and cross-functional teams. • Manage HubSpot operational tasks, including: • List uploads, segmentation, and data hygiene • Creation and maintenance of landing pages and forms • Email builds, QA, scheduling, and performance pulls • Maintain and update campaign assets, tagging structures, and reporting links to ensure accurate attribution. • Support digital marketing and ABM efforts. Marketing Analytics & Reporting • Pull dashboards, reports, and campaign performance insights for Growth Marketing team. • Support funnel tracking (S1 → S2 → S3 → Closed Won bookings) by validating data accuracy and surfacing anomalies. Events & Webinar Support • Assist with event checklists, timelines, and logistics for NORAM activities including field events, trade shows, and webinars. • Support pre- and post-event campaigns by creating arenaflex lists and cleaning up data after the show. Execute complete webinar workflow and processes with Sr. GMM oversight. • Build registration pages, emails, reminder programs in HubSpot • Coordinate dry runs, speaker prep, and content readiness • Run the live webinar and ensure seamless production • Upload recordings, process follow-up emails, and compile KPI reports Budget, Purchasing & Forecasting • Own expenses entries, PO creation, vendor invoices and Forecast spreadsheet updates to be reviewed by Sr. GMM. • Maintain monthly forecasts and track planned vs. actuals for campaigns and events with Sr. GMM. • Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and deadlines. Cross-Functional Coordination • Interface with Sales, SDR and Creative teams to ensure consistent alignment across campaigns and content deliverables. • Support content management activities such as uploading assets, managing internal libraries, and ensuring brand consistency. Additional Responsibilities that Strengthen the Function To maximize impact and create strategic leverage for Growth Marketing, the coordinator should also provide the following support: Technology & Platform Stewardship • Act as first-line support for HubSpot troubleshooting and campaign setup. • Update and maintain UTM frameworks, tracking templates, and intake forms. • Support experimentation cycles (A/B tests, UX optimizations, conversion improvements). • Leverage AI tools heavily streamline execution, ensure consistency, and drive improvements across the growth marketing function. Content & Creative Support (Light Tactical Execution) • Assist with light edits to copy, images, or templates using brand-approved assets. Success profile • Operates with precision, accountability, and operational rigor. • Has a service mindset, enabling fast cycle times and high-quality output for the broader team. • Enjoys systems, processes, and repeatable execution at scale. • Brings curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement approach to marketing Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations (B2B SaaS preferred). • Strong proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub (required). • Experience with Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, reporting dashboards, and basic data analysis (all required). • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and operational follow-through. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communicator with a proactive, execution-focused mindset. • Availability for a Monday - Friday work schedule with flexibility to collaborate with Global team members.
