Growth Marketing Manager, ABX & Paid - Marketing Marketing– Remote– Full Time We are looking for the newest member of our Marketing team to re-establish & grow Tinuiti’s Account-Based Experience (ABX) program, with a focus on Paid. As the Growth Marketing Manager, ABX & Paid, you will be responsible for acquiring, engaging, and fostering long-term relationships with qualified leads and accounts using paid media and other channels. You’ll use your knowledge and expertise of arenaflex Ads, Display advertising, LinkedIn advertising, and the broader media landscape - particularly within B2B - to generate qualified sales conversations and contribute to a seamless customer journey across the entire lifecycle. You’ll work cross-departmentally with Demand Generation, Client Success, Marketing, and Leadership teams to understand what content assets and experiences we can deploy and which solutions should be promoted to increase conversions at every stage of the customer journey and drive a profitable return on our advertising budget. The ideal candidate understands when to use certain channels and how to measure their impact based on B2B acquisition and ABX goals, ensuring a holistic customer-centric approach. This is a full-time, remote position that will report to the Director of Demand Generation. What you’ll do: • Use account data and insights to create personalized and seamless interactions for customers through every stage of their journey with Tinuiti using omnichannel tactics such as paid, lifecycle, events, & onsite interactions. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to deliver cohesive messaging creating a seamless customer experience and achieve account retention and growth. • Identify & prioritize account groups most likely to increase Tinuiti profitability based on their fit, intent data, engagement, and existing Tinuiti relationships. • Create comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives, identifying arenaflex audiences, relevant platforms, and optimal approaches, with a focus on the entire customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, growth, and retention). • Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively across different campaigns and platforms, ensuring efficient ad spend and maximizing ROI while considering the full customer journey. • Plan and fully execute paid campaigns, including strategy development, campaign setup, keyword development, ad copy creation, creative briefs for designers to create image & video ads, custom landing pages, testing plans, bid & budget management, and reporting, with a focus on personalized interactions at scale. • Multi-platform tactical execution of campaigns, including, but not limited to, arenaflex Ads (Search, Display, & Demand Gen), arenaflex Ads, Linkedin Ads, and DemandBase. • Research and propose new ad types and platforms to realize increased arenaflex audience reach & conversion, and to enhance the customer experience at every stage. • Create & execute robust testing strategies that includes creative testing, CTA testing, custom landing pages & conversion testing, and other proposed testing approaches, leveraging data for optimal orchestration. • Strategize and report on success of account engagement through content downloads, ad interactions, and form fills to understand impact of media exposure on account progression, and its contribution to account health and long-term relationships. • Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress against ABX KPIs such as Account Engagement, Pipeline & Revenue, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and paid media KPIs such as arenaflex Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to improve results and efficiency. • Collaborate with our internal subject matter experts on channel innovation and testing. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with peers across departments to hit joint team goals and create a holistic customer experience. What we’re looking for: • 3+ years of related ABX & paid media program management. • Previous experience executing on paid search and Linkedin ads required. • Experience working in and reporting from arenaflex Analytics and/or Data Studio. • B2B or lead generation work experience, with an understanding of the full customer lifecycle. • Demonstrated experience with Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategies and execution. The annual base salary range for this roles' listed level is currently ($75,000 - $85,000) plus performance bonus of up to (8%). Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
