We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing and communications function and drive strategic initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in corporate communications, brand management, and social media strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen corporate reputation, and drive business growth.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across channels and initiatives.
  • Report on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior leadership.

Customer Experience & Satisfaction

  • Design and oversee customer experience strategies that drive satisfaction.
  • Share Customer Experience insights with rest stakeholders within organization and Group.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms and act on insights to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and develop action plans to address gaps.

Content Strategy & Management

  • Oversee content creation across all channels ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Develop content strategies that engage target audiences and support business goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of compelling content from agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source stories, insights, and thought leadership.

Social Media Management

  • Lead social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
  • Drive engagement, community building, and brand awareness through social channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Analyze social media performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Plan and execute internal and external events like conferences.
  • Develop event participation strategy based on company’s priorities.
  • Measure event success and ROI through post-event analysis.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Select, manage, and evaluate external agencies and marketing partners.
  • Ensure agency work aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage agency relationships for optimal value.
  • Coordinate between multiple agencies to ensure integrated campaign delivery.

Research & Insights

  • Design and conduct customer and market research surveys to gather actionable insights.
  • Analyze survey data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

- 5-8 years of marketing and communications experience with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role

- Proven track record in developing successful marketing and communications strategies across multiple channels

- Experience in B2B marketing and/or services sector is highly desirable

- Demonstrated experience in corporate communications, PR, and media relations

- Strong expertise in brand strategy, brand positioning, and brand identity management

- Proven success in social media strategy and digital community management

- Content marketing expertise with experience developing thought leadership and storytelling strategies is a plus

- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and methodologies

- Experience managing teams, budgets, and external agencies

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and derive insights

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
