The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on HubSpot Marketing Manager who enjoys building things in HubSpot, testing ideas in the real world, and using AI to get more done without cutting corners. You’ll be creating campaigns that generate pipelines (not just nice slides), working closely with Sales, and improving things week by week.

If you like seeing your work go live, learning from what works and what doesn’t, and shipping often, you’ll feel at home here.

This is a 1-year contract role, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Building in HubSpot (Regularly, Not Occasionally): Launch email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and forms in HubSpot. Iterate weekly based on results - we learn by doing.
  • Making Lead Quality Better (Yes, Sales Will Thank You): Design and refine lead scoring models. Work closely with Sales to improve MQL quality and conversion.
  • Testing, Learning, Improving: Run A/B tests across emails, pages, and workflows. Keep what works, retire what doesn’t, repeat.
  • Reporting with Impact: Provide weekly updates with clear metrics, takeaways, and suggestions. Dashboards are useful; opinions backed by data are better.
  • Using AI as a Superpower (Not a Gimmick): Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, and/or others (you use which is best) to write faster and better, personalise smarter, and work more efficiently. We care less about which tools you use and more about how you use them to meet, and then exceed, pipeline generation targets.

What This Role Is and Isn’t
  • This role is: Data-driven and practical. Owned end-to-end by you and your output. Constantly iterating, testing, and improving.
  • This role is not: A “meetings about meetings” kind of job. A place for 40-page strategy docs that never ship. Simply following instructions without critical thinking

You Might Be The One If You…
  • Have 4-6 years of hands-on Enterprise B2B demand gen experience, beyond just posting on social media and calling it "growth"
  • Have built campaigns that led to real pipeline or revenue
  • Are certified on HubSpot Marketing Hub Software
  • Leverage and learn about AI tools as much as you can in your day-to-day work
  • Write emails that people actually read and respond to
  • Are based in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, or the Philippines with solid Wi-Fi

This Role Is Not For You If…
  • You need a playbook before you can start
  • Your last HubSpot login was in 2022
  • You think "growth hacking" just means posting more on LinkedIn
  • You are not obsessed with numbers
  • You are not able to operate effectively without brand spend

The Hiring Process (Expect 3-4 weeks from application to decision)
  • Stage 1: Submission Send us: Your resume, screenshot of your HubSpot Marketing Hub Software certification and a 1-page document showing how you used AI to complete a specific marketing campaign. Structure the submission with required sections: (A) The campaign/challenge, (B) AI tools used, (C) Prompts or approach, (D) How you refined outputs, and (E) Final result with metrics. Our AI agent reviews every submission within 48 hours. If you pass, you'll get an email with next steps. If not, you'll know why.
  • Stage 2: AI Interview (15-20 minutes) You'll do a video call interview with our AI recruiter (meet the agent here). It asks real questions about HubSpot workflows, campaign strategy, and how you use AI tools. This isn't a chatbot asking "tell me about yourself." It digs into how you actually work.
  • Stage 3: Two Live Interviews (1 hour each) Interview 1: HR + Hiring Manager (1 hour). We make sure we’re aligned on the nature of the role, can communicate effectively, and would enjoy working together. Interview 2: CEO + Sales Rep (1 hour). Sales will grill you on lead quality and what makes a good MQL. If you can’t handle sales pushback here, you won’t be successful in the role.
  • Stage 4: Paid Test Campaign (2 weeks) We pick 2 finalists. Each runs a real campaign for us for 2 weeks. You'll get: Access to our HubSpot instance + AI tools, A brief on what we need, We will pay you for your time, regardless of outcome. We're looking for: execution speed, clean work, and results we can measure. This isn't spec work. You keep the money even if we don't hire you.
  • Stage 5: Decision: We pick one finalist and make an offer within 3 days of the test ending. If you're not selected, we'll tell you specifically why.

We appreciate all applications; however, only candidates whose qualifications closely align with the requirements of the role will be contacted.
