IGNITE is a standard12-week internship at FedEx designed to give high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the world of work.

Explore our available Operations internship roles below. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, are encouraged to apply.

Healthcare Operations

  • Review current manual processes such as inventory cycle counts and warehouse reporting processes, to identify operational pain points impacting efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyze and consolidate data from warehouse management system (WMS) reports to extract key operational insights
  • Develop automated reports, dashboards, and tracking tools to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual intervention
  • Support process improvement initiatives, including enhancing cycle count accuracy and strengthening operational controls
  • Provide operational support for our new healthcare customers and related projects as required

Operations Excellence

  • Design and develop a live Payment Before Invoicing (PBI) dashboard to track and reconcile packages at the Singapore Operations level
  • Analyze operational data to identify gaps related to missing scans, overages, and compliance issues
  • Support data accuracy and reconciliation efforts to improve operational visibility
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to enhance operational performance
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve process efficiency and overall customer experience
