We are currently looking to hire a Branch Sales Professional (BSP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, motivated, and dedicated to achieving success for both the company and our customers. We seek individuals who are service-oriented, capable of creating tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, and skilled at building lasting customer relationships. This position is on-site and reports to our New Berlin, WI branch.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold-calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
  • Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
  • Cover sales leads in assigned branch and/or territory and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads creatively for each respective lead furnished.
  • Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
  • Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of related experience or training in sales and dealing with the public
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawls space and other tight spaces.
  • Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

  • Weekly Pay – get paid every Friday!
  • This position offers an hourly base pay of $16.00/hr plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000-90,000+ with additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary, based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
