Position: Installation Crew Member

Pay Range: $28K - $40K A Year!

Compensation Breakdown:

  • Hourly Rate: $16 - $18 per hour
  • Annual Range: $28K - $40K A Year!

Location: Savannah, GA

Schedule:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm (Friday as needed when rain-outs occur), outside in the day-to-day elements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in landscape installation, hardscape installation, organic gardening, or carpentry is preferred.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently on assigned job tasks.
  • Desire to complete projects in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Summary:

This role is a hands-on Installation Crew Member position focused on building high-quality ecological landscapes, outdoor living spaces, and hardscape features that directly impact customer satisfaction and company reputation for craftsmanship. You’ll work full-time outdoors alongside a skilled crew installing gardens, patios, irrigation systems, and landscape features while earning a clear path to $28K–$40K annually, plus performance bonuses and certification-based pay increases.

The ideal candidate is a team-first, dependable, detail-focused professional who thrives in hands-on outdoor environments and physically active workdays. Success in this role comes from being safety-minded, coachable, and quality-driven, while bringing a positive attitude and strong work ethic to a family-oriented, craftsmanship-driven team culture.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Crew Leaders and Management to discuss jobs and tasks for the day.
  • Work with a team to craft installations including: flower and landscape beds, raised garden beds, sod, paver patios, irrigation systems, landscape lighting and other hardscapes.
  • Willingness to “get dirty” by weeding, ripping out plants & hardscapes, pruning, moving materials, edging, transplanting, laying sod, and using gas-powered equipment.
  • Ensure proper tools and materials are available and onsite for each job.

Maintain a high level of tidiness and professionalism at job sites and throughout the community.

Pay: $28,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
