JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to Head of IT for company's functions covering installation and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure from based location PUSPAKOM Lahad Datu.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Providing 1st line technical support, answering queries via phone and e-mail.

- Taking ownership of user problems and proactive when dealing with user issues.

- Maintaining a log of any software/ hardware problems.

- Escalate issues outside the scope to the relevant IT support team in HQ.

- Monitor utilization of resources of IT equipment.

- Perform any of the tasks at another nearby branch as and when instructed.

- Other related tasks as required from time to time upon instructions from IT HQ.

PERSON SPECIFICATION/ QUALIFICATION

Minimum Education : Diploma In IT / Computer Science.

Others : Familiar with IT Language (JAVA, Linux, etc).

Willing to work regardless of place and time.

Creative and enthusiastic.

Required experience: At least 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
