Job Description


We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate or entry-level professional to join our team implementing Amazon Connect cloud contact center solutions. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to design, configure, and deploy contact center and AI-powered solutions, including conversational IVRs, real-time analytics, and generative AI capabilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and assist in configuring Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, and AI features such as sentiment analysis and call summarization
  • Work with senior engineers and project managers to implement solutions tailored to customer requirements
  • Support integration efforts with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) or other business systems
  • Help test, troubleshoot, and document deployments
  • Communicate effectively with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver training on new features

Qualifications


Requirements
:

  • Fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Technical aptitude with an interest in cloud technologies and AI/GenAI solutions
  • Knowledge in Python/C#.Net Development is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn Amazon Connect, AWS services, and customer experience best practices
  • Team player mindset with proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail in configuration and testing work


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to contact center environments, service desk operations, or customer service through internships, part-time jobs, or school projects
  • Basic understanding of AWS cloud fundamentals
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as speech recognition, sentiment analysis, or chatbot
