We are a DTC jewelry brand with strong paid traffic (Meta / TikTok). Overall revenue is solid, but email marketing is clearly underperforming. I’m not an email expert myself – that’s why I’m looking for someone experienced who can fully own this channel and improve performance properly. Current situation (transparent & honest) Email revenue share: ~2.5% (too low) Flows already exist, but performance is weak No real email campaigns are running yet Klaviyo + Shopify are set up Strong traffic and purchase intent coming from ads Email is currently not doing its job, and that needs to change. What we need help with Reviewing and improving all existing flows Welcome Abandoned checkout Cart / browse Retention / winback Most flows will likely need a full overhaul Building and running regular revenue-focused campaigns We currently don’t have this at all Improving overall email performance (flows + newsletters + campaigns) Turning email into a meaningful revenue channel, not just a side system This is not about pretty designs or generic newsletters. It’s about getting better results. Goal Email revenue share is currently ~2.5% The goal is to significantly increase this, because it’s clearly far too low Long-term, email should contribute meaningfully to total revenue I’m not looking for magic promises – I’m looking for someone who has already done this before. Who this is for You’re a good fit if: You have real Klaviyo + Shopify experience You’ve worked with DTC brands, ideally jewelry or similar emotional / high-AOV products You’ve helped brands increase email revenue in a noticeable way You’re comfortable taking ownership, not just following instructions You can explain what you’d improve and why Project structure & budget We start with a test phase (1–3 months) If results and communication are good, this is meant to become a long-term collaboration I’m open to paying more for the right person, as long as the results make sense I care about ROI, not cheap hourly rates. How to apply (important) Please include in your proposal: Relevant brands you’ve worked with What you did specifically in email marketing Any examples, numbers, or portfolio links you can share I’m looking for proof of experience, not theory.
