Our client is actively seeking an experienced and results-oriented Lead Agile Project Manager to spearhead critical initiatives. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to contribute to impactful projects from anywhere. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing complex projects using Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing resources, and mitigating risks. You will facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Stakeholder communication and management are vital, requiring the ability to provide clear and concise updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes. Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile practices and continuous improvement is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree or PMP/Scrum Master certification is a strong asset.
