Our client is looking for a seasoned Lead Technical Support Specialist to spearhead our remote technical support operations. This is a fully remote, high-impact role where you will manage a team of support engineers, ensuring the seamless functioning and maintenance of complex systems and equipment for our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient support strategies, troubleshooting advanced technical issues, and providing expert guidance to both your team and customers. Your duties will include monitoring system performance, identifying potential failures, and coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, all managed through our advanced remote diagnostic platforms. You will also play a key role in training new support staff, creating comprehensive documentation, and continuously improving our support processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. A deep understanding of IT infrastructure, network protocols, and various hardware/software systems is critical.
