Salary Range: $80K - $120K

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • HS diploma/GED required
  • ATSSA Certification/SHA Traffic Manager Certification required
  • Highway experience required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must possess working knowledge of traffic control devices
  • Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
Here's what you'll be doing:
  • The certified MOT Supervisor's sole responsibility will be the maintenance of traffic on the project
  • the installation, operation, maintenance and service of traffic control devices.
  • Hazard identification
  • Training crews
  • Develop a traffic control plan.
  • Install and remove traffic control devices per the traffic control plan.
  • Delegates assignments to flaggers and monitors their performance.
  • Monitor inventory, quality control of current inventory, and provide proper amount for each project.
  • Complete daily MOT reports.
  • Administer periodic inspections of traffic control devices and provide corrective action as needed.
