Job Description Summary: This role is responsible for contributing to the team's various projects related to growing and maintaining membership and the health of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Brand. Responsibilities include managing both internal and external initiatives and partnering with cross functional teams, including various marketing programs targeting employers, consumers, and/or policy influencers. Priorities fall across multiple product lines, both at the national level and partnering with local Plans as necessary. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leads and contributes to key marketing initiatives which may include campaigns and content marketing programs for B2C, B2B, B2I (Influencer campaign in D.C. targeting policy makers and influencers) audiences as well as within the system targeting BCBS Plans. Manages marketing programs and Plan collaboratives with high level of responsiveness to meet changing market and internal dynamics. Fosters engagement across all internal stakeholders, including but not limited to alignment with Market Solutions, Brand Insights, B2B, consumer experience, social/digital, communications and legal teams. Leads the development of market and product summaries for the system, auditing BCBS Plan activities and competitive positioning, and working cross-functionally with the Brand Insights team and Communications. Introduces process improvements and tools to more effectively manage internal and external agency resources, leads calls and webinars with Plans and agency partners, and develops presentations for both internal and external audiences including senior leadership as required. Performs additional responsibilities as required. The posting range for this position is: $85,126.00-$117,521.58 Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Education: Required Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related discipline; or equivalent work experience Experience: Required 4+ Years work-related marketing, advertising, agency experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills Self-starter who can develop approaches for new tasks vs. relying on a ‘playbook’ on the shelf Effective communications and presentation skills Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Consensus building capabilities to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders Demonstrated time management ability, including the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation development abilities Additional Preferred Experience: A minimum of four years of work-related marketing, advertising, agency experience Healthcare experience Ability to distill data, research and insights for content development and for marketing briefs #LI_HYBRID The posted salary range is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.
