We are looking for a Marketing Lead who can translate a complex, high impact product into clear narratives, credible positioning, and demand that actually converts.This is not a social media content role.This is a strategic and execution driven position for someone who understands how to market sophisticated products to serious buyers. What you will do You will own marketing end to end, including strategy ,messaging, execution, and iteration.You will develop and refine N1.Care’s core positioning and narrative across healthcare longevity, and AI audiences.You will build and manage demand generation across channels including website, email, partnerships, events, and outbound support.You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions.You will create high quality assets including pitch decks, one pagers, case studies, and thought leadership content.You will establish marketing metrics that matter and continuously optimize based on real performance rather than vanity numbers.You will help shape go to market strategy as the company scales. Who you are You have experience marketing complex or technical products. Healthcare, biotech,AI, SaaS, or data heavy platforms are strongly preferred.You are comfortable working with founders, engineers, and medical experts and can extract clarity from complexity. You can operate independently and take ownership without constant direction.You write exceptionally well and think in systems rather than campaigns. Nice to have Background in health, medicine, science, or regulated industries.Experience with early stage or scaling companies.
