<strong>Description<br><br></strong>The Amazon Canada Marketing team is responsible for creating best-in-class shopping experiences for Canadian customers. In the role, you will be responsible for onsite merchandising support key categories, including fashion, consumer electronics, pets, new product launches, and more.<br><br>The successful candidate will plan and schedule content across the site and outbound channels, analyze metrics, and report on performance. They will be data driven, results-orients, and able to effectively manage stakeholders across marketing and business teams.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br>Drive internal and external traffic<br><br>Plan, develop, and execute compelling e-mails and merchandising campaigns<br><br>Analyze results of merchandising and traffic efforts<br><br>Plan, develop, and coordinate cross-site sales and events<br><br>Review and drive improvements to customer experience<br><br>Analyze performance of content and email, always seeking ways to improve<br><br>Work with vendors and vendor managers to create on-brand, best-in-class content<br><br>Analyze traffic patterns and optimize for seasonality, relevance, and selection drive site improvements<br><br>Drive A/B Weblab testing<br><br><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience</li><li> Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements</li><li> Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)</li><li> Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data</li><li> Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion</li><li> Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels</li><li> Experience in brand identity and voice development</li><li> Experience creating brand marketing content</li><li> Bachelor's degree<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs</li><li> Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation</li><li> Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting</li><li> Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.</li><li> Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.<br><br></li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
