Mentor EMEA Product Manager:

This is your opportunity to make an impact and tackle the world’s challenges with us: Be part of something bigger.

  • Support implementation of marketing plan in focus geographies

    • Support multi market approval process

    • Manage asset translations, graphical adjustment and copy approvals

  • Review and update marketing materials
    (e.g. brochures, expired images, videos, brochures)

  • Support and drive KPI tracking for marketing campaigns and initiatives
    Lead Distributor Communication

  • Develop communication channels and schedule to ensure continuous communication and information flow

  • Support Mentor warranty program and collaborate with local stakeholders to drive flawless process execution

  • Upscale Mentor presence and interaction in key events in EMEA

  • Manage and support organization and implementation of key internal meetings (eg. Weekly, Monthly, Sales Training meetings)

  • Support local market in the deployment of local congresses

  • Manage/Support and Drive Key EMEA projects

  • Support during Business Planning phase and other key projects (e.g., Advisory Boards).

  • Support new product launches within launch excellence framework

  • Support organization of commercial education programs and trainings

  • Enable deployment, analysis and constant optimization of Mentor digital strategy in EMEA and provide support to local markets

  • Publish monthly analysis reports and insights on business and market performance as well as digital platforms

  • Support a functional and attractive ShowPad and SharePoint presence

  • Implement content/features updates on the JJMMT and BIBM EMEA website

  • Support markets in launching local websites and support social media activities

  • Support Team Leads in building and maintaining team culture and

  • Manage customer materials creation/adaptation/shipping partnering with Mentor EMEA team members

  • Manage and maintain distribution arrangements lists for Mentor EMEA

What you will bring:

  • Strong ability to structure, implement and finish diverse projects and tasks under pressure within a timely fashion

  • Ability to look at the bigger picture and translate it to prioritized operational actions

  • Team player with high integrity and good moral compass

  • Confident in operating MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point

  • Proactive, strong organizational skills as well as good communication skills

  • Fluent in English, preferred in one other language

  • Bachelors degree required minimum
