As Non-QM and Non-Agency volume grows, we are expanding our team with producers who have recent experience in Non-QM mortgage sales and who want real support and practical tools.
The Non-QM Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business from Correspondent lenders and Wholesale brokers, expanding existing relationships and educating clients on the benefits of Arc Home's Non-QM solutions. The Account Executive will work closely with the Operations team to ensure the successful execution of loan transactions and provide an exceptional experience for both partners and clients. In addition to the base pay listed, this role is also eligible for commission.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Add value to the customer client base through thorough knowledge of Arc Home’s products and underwriting guidelines – which include primarily Non-QM but also Conventional, Jumbo, FHA & VA
  • Be an ambassador for the company yet apply the professionalism of being an advocate of the client, where it is necessary.
  • Confer and include management on client issues.
  • Facilitate the prospective client’s completion of the client application for delivery to and approval by Arc Home
  • Participate in the client account assessment and approval process.
  • Answer client questions and respond to all client e-mails, texts, and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Assess training needs of each client and independently administer to those client needs.
  • Commit to visiting accounts and prospects weekly while independently managing one’s work schedule to maximize productive time with prospective and active clients.
  • On-going training and repetition of training and presentation to ensure an acceptable cadence of production.
  • Maintain contact with client base daily to solicit new business and facilitate pipeline progress.
  • Travel as needed to visit clients, attend meetings, and industry events.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a clean driving record.

To be successful in the Account Executive role, candidates should have the following:

Skills/Competencies:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills essential along with strong presentation skills
  • Professional demeanor to effectively interact with company and client personnel at all levels
  • Strong mindfulness with ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work and manage time.
  • Extraordinary commitment to customer service with excellent client relations skills
  • Analytical ability with an aptitude for figures and calculations as necessary
  • Ability to conduct virtual meetings and trainings.
  • Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Diligent and enthusiastic about delivering a high-quality product.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of recent experience in Non-QM mortgage sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Must possess solid understanding of wholesale and correspondent loan origination, underwriting processes and procedures, and mortgage industry standards.
