We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Recruiting Admin to join our LSI team in McPherson. This role is the backbone of our hiring process, ensuring that both our candidates and our internal team have everything they need to succeed. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a knack for keeping things organized, we’d love to meet you!

Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Evenings or Weekends!)

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
System Management: Assist with data entry and candidate tracking within the system to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage application links, and serve as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.

Onboarding Support: Help guide new hires through initial paperwork and compliance steps to ensure a smooth start.

Administrative Excellence: Support the recruitment team with daily tasks, including document management and maintaining office flow.

Professional Outreach: Craft and send ""friendly but professional"" communications to candidates and clients.

Qualifications
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for catching discrepancies (such as location errors on job links) before they reach the candidate.

Strong Communicator: Ability to maintain a professional, light, and welcoming tone in all written and verbal interactions.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software systems and managing digital workflows.

Team Player: You enjoy a collaborative environment and are ready to jump in where needed to support the team.
