Belden Hill Campground is looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our team! This position combines front office support with weekend guest activity help. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fun campground environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Responsibilities

Office Support

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist with guest check-ins and basic guest questions
  • Provide general office support as needed

Weekend Guest & Activity Support

  • Help set up and assist with campground activities
  • Interact with guests and help ensure activities run smoothly
  • Serve ice cream during weekends

Ideal Candidate

  • Friendly and guest-focused
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable answering phones and working at the front desk
  • Able to work weekends (required)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

  • Weekend hours required
  • Some additional office hours may be available based on season and need
