Job Overview:

HARD Manufacturing Company, located in Buffalo, NY, is a leading manufacturer of quality hospital cribs and youth beds both domestically and internationally. Our products are built right here in our local manufacturing facility. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Office Clerk and front desk Receptionist. This individual will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

Duties:
Perform general clerical duties, including copying, scanning, and filing documents

Perform data entry and record keeping for accounts payable/receivables

Learn and access internal system to support sales and production with data as needed

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members

Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information

Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail

Experience:
- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong end user computer skills, including accurate data entry and tracking
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal communication skills, on the phone and in-person

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
